In the beginning ——

9th October 2007

Adam said, ‘Lord, when I was in the garden, you walked with me every day, but now I don’t see you any more. I’m lonely, and it’s difficult for me to remember how much you love me.’And God said, ‘No problem! I will create a companion for you who will be with you for ever, and who will be a reflection of my love for you, so that you can remember my love even when you cannot see me. British Shorthairs.

9th October 2007

These cats are very popular with their broad heads, big round eyes and noses that are also broad, but not as snub as those of the longhairs. They are very sturdy with strong, short legs. Their coats are short and dense and their tails thick and of medium length.

Beware.

9th October 2007

Keep the doors of washing machines, tumble driers and the like closed, particularly if there is a kitten in the house. Too many cats and kittens have found the nest-like interiors warm and enticing beds. Such mistakes can prove to be fatal.
